Senior Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing across technical hiring, including Software Engineering, Machine Learning, AI Research, Product Management, Product Design, and Infrastructure
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies
• Build high-quality passive candidate pipelines through Boolean search, talent mapping, and research across LinkedIn, GitHub, and research publications
• Craft personalized outreach that communicates the company mission and AI vision
• Provide market insights on talent availability and the competitive landscape
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using Ashby

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Proven track record supporting Engineering, ML, AI Research, or Product hiring in high-growth tech companies
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and modern sourcing tools
• Experience using ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
• Strong ability to identify niche talent pools and hard-to-find candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
