Senior Technical Sourcer, Applications Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates across engineering disciplines including software, backend, and product engineering
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach and networking
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to refine sourcing approaches
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to attract exceptional talent
• Represent OpenAI at industry events and conferences
• Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics to inform decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing for engineering roles
• Proven track record of sourcing across various software engineering disciplines
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
