About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incoming calls, tickets, and emails for technical issues of moderate scope
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of technical issues
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience working with ticketing systems to manage and document support requests
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Strong analytical skills to assess, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently
