Senior Technical SEO

About the Company

Lendable is a leading fintech unicorn on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We have rebuilt major consumer finance products from scratch and are expanding rapidly across the UK and US markets.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous technical audits across all sites and own the technical SEO roadmap
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement site architecture, performance, and indexation improvements
• Drive Core Web Vitals, page speed, and structured data/schema implementation
• Plan and lead SEO-led product launches such as calculators, comparison tools, and interactive guides
• Support programmatic content and page-template strategies to scale to long-tail demand
• Lead technical preparation for AI search, including entity optimization and content access
• Manage the technical SEO tooling stack, including crawlers and log file analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical SEO with hands-on ownership of audits and fixes
• Strong understanding of site architecture, internal linking, crawl budget, and indexation
• Proficiency with Core Web Vitals, page speed, and JS rendering
• Experience with structured data and schema (product, financial, FAQ)
• Expertise with crawlers like Screaming Frog or Sitebulb and log file analysis
• Experience building products with AI tools or managing programmatic content systems
• Demonstrable use of AI in a technical SEO workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, React, or other JS-rendered sites
• Experience optimizing for AI Overviews and LLM-driven search
• Experience with international or multi-domain SEO
• Basic content and on-page SEO abilities
