Senior Technical Sales

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC, construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital transformation and engineering software solutions
• Engage with decision makers including Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, CIOs, and Project Directors
• Position CCTech offerings in areas such as BIM implementation, engineering automation, and digital twins
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to shape solution approaches and prepare RFP responses
• Track industry trends in BIM, Digital Construction, and AI in construction

Requirements

• Strong consultative selling approach and pipeline management skills
• Understanding of construction project lifecycles and engineering design workflows
• Knowledge of BIM concepts and digital construction
• Familiarity with Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, Navisworks, ACC) and engineering automation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AEC technology companies or BIM consulting firms
• Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Infrastructure Engineering
