Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level Engineering, Product, and Design roles
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-quality, niche technical talent
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align on recruitment strategy and hiring needs
• Ensure an exceptional and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
• Champion Traba’s culture and employer brand within the technical community
• Optimize recruitment processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully hiring senior-level Engineering roles
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape and current market trends
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• 2+ years of experience working in a startup environment
