- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Proven experience hiring specifically for the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and various IT profiles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
