Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes across engineering, operations, and leadership roles
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates from aerospace, defense, robotics, and autonomous systems
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and candidate evaluation criteria
• Build and maintain recruiting processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
• Represent the company at industry conferences and technical communities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring engineers and technical professionals in aerospace, defense, space, or robotics
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach
• Proven track record of hiring specialized technical talent in competitive markets
• Exceptional communication and candidate-closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling an early-stage aerospace or defense technology startup
• Existing network within commercial space and national security communities
• Experience recruiting spacecraft, propulsion, GNC, and systems engineering talent
