Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-level roles in the $80K–$200K salary range
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain accurate recruiting records
• Participate in day-to-day talent operations and interview coordination
• Own client relationships and routine account management
• Master recruiting tools and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within startups
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven experience sourcing and placing high-salary candidates
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics, Interview Design, or Talent Operations
• Experience in Media Management or Employer Branding
• Background as a freelance recruiter managing and delivering for clients
