Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design roles
• Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, headcount planning, and role scoping
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
• Develop and refine recruiting processes to ensure speed and rigor
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation
• Drive high-quality assessment and interview practices
• Build and manage a high-performing team of technical recruiters
• Establish reporting and systems to provide visibility into hiring performance

Requirements

• Proven track record hiring technical talent in Engineering, Product, and Design
• Strong talent judgment and ability to raise the hiring bar
• Familiarity with technical domains and ability to engage with technical candidates
• Extensive network within Engineering, Product, and Design talent markets
• High ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sourcing capabilities for passive candidates
• Data-driven mindset using metrics to inform decisions
• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and recruiting tools
