About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful sourcing strategies using multi-channel searches and techniques
- Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate candidates using behavior-based assessment techniques
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build competitive offers and negotiate compensation
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including presentation, selection, and closing
- Conduct market-based compensation research and benchmark executive structures
- Maintain market intelligence to align recruitment with business unit goals
- Drive process improvements and tool enhancements for recruiting operations
Requirements
- 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- 2+ years of management or executive level recruitment preferred
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques including lead generation and cold calling
- Knowledge of employment laws including EEO and AA guidelines
- Proven ability to recruit on a national, multi-site scale
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- PHR, SPHR, or CPC certifications
