About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful sourcing strategies using multi-channel searches and techniques
  • Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate candidates using behavior-based assessment techniques
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build competitive offers and negotiate compensation
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including presentation, selection, and closing
  • Conduct market-based compensation research and benchmark executive structures
  • Maintain market intelligence to align recruitment with business unit goals
  • Drive process improvements and tool enhancements for recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of management or executive level recruitment preferred
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques including lead generation and cold calling
  • Knowledge of employment laws including EEO and AA guidelines
  • Proven ability to recruit on a national, multi-site scale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PHR, SPHR, or CPC certifications
