Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Company

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies
• Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes
• Drive creative and proactive sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns and industry networking
• Represent Radiant at recruiting, networking, and industry events
• Identify and implement process improvements in the recruitment function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing niche, passive talent
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership
• Ability to recruit across a wide range of skill sets from early-career to senior roles
• Must work 100% onsite at Radiant’s El Segundo HQ
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in hardware recruiting (electrical, mechanical, technicians, etc.)
• Experience building diverse and inclusive teams
• Expertise in both traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities
