Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across manufacturing, engineering, science, and technical functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements for production scale-up
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using outbound search, referrals, and targeted campaigns
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain strong pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform search strategies
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company mission and work

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, technical, engineering, or scientific roles
• Experience recruiting for scaling manufacturing organizations (production engineering, quality, supply chain, operations)
• Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find talent through outbound search and targeted outreach
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
• Ability to work intermittently longer hours or weekends to support critical needs

• Cash compensation of $110,000 – $155,000
