Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior engineering leaders to design and execute high-impact hiring strategies.
• Manage a complex portfolio of technical roles, taking end-to-end ownership of pipeline health and candidate experience.
• Experiment with novel sourcing techniques and pilot new tools to drive operational innovation.
• Use data-driven insights and metrics to influence talent decisions and optimize interviewing loops.
• Act as a strategic scout to uncover passive, high-quality talent within the global developer community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for Backend, Frontend, and Mobile engineering disciplines.
• Deep technical literacy with the ability to discuss Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools including Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage funnel conversions and technical pass rates for storytelling.
