Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for critical technical and business roles, including proactive sourcing and cold outreach
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes, structured interviews, and recruiting metrics
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines across AI/ML, engineering, and other key functions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a strategic storyteller for the company mission
Requirements
- Technical degree and previous experience in a technical role
- Technical fluency in Engineering, AI/ML, and infrastructure
- Proven ability to find and engage elite, passive talent
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
- Strong organizational skills and radical ownership of the recruiting process
- Compelling communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building a recruiting function or interview process from scratch
- Strong network or familiarity with the Bay Area technical talent ecosystem
