Responsibilities

• Identify and engage exceptional candidates for critical technical roles
• Partner with hiring teams to own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offers
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on strategy
• Provide a white-glove experience to every candidate
• Track progress and communicate key recruiting metrics to internal stakeholders
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for rapidly growing teams
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system
• Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to extend offers

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment
• Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and leaders
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior executives
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization
