Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with department leaders to do workforce planning and develop hiring strategies
• Proactively source and attract top talent through university programs, labs, and trade schools
• Screen candidates and increase awareness of K2 Space’s mission and talent brand
• Design and refine interview processes to increase confidence and reduce bias
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop compelling closing strategies and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering roles
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through closing
• Ability to support multiple high priority hiring needs concurrently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting specifically for technical roles
• Experience with ITAR and OFCCP regulations
• Space or aerospace industry experience
• Experience in high-velocity, dynamic company environments
• Experience coaching and providing feedback to senior leaders
