Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and technical leadership
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent via direct sourcing, social media, and networking
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates in critical technical domains
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives and enhance employer branding through industry partnerships
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors
• Proven track record of filling technical positions in high-growth environments
• Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle for both volume and niche hiring
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
