Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from cold outreach to final interviews
- Design data-driven recruiting processes, including pipelines, scorecards, and scalable metrics
- Manage candidate experience to ensure high engagement and alignment with company values
- Collaborate with Founders and agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals
- Pitch Giga's mission to attract top-tier technical talent
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience closing hard-to-find technical talent
- Proven track record of measurable recruiting wins
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, high-growth environments
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hyper-growth startup environments
- Success in building strong engineering teams
- Familiarity with the AI/ML talent market
