Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, hosting onsite interviews, running interview debriefs, managing offer processes, and closing
• Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Meet with teammates and company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
• Expand on talent acquisition efforts such as organizing company tech talks and attending external events
• Collaborate with teammates on employer branding strategies and campaigns
• Analyze data, track metrics, and develop innovative ways to raise the bar on hiring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• In-house recruiting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for a startup or deep tech environment
• Experience with executive search or low-volume, hard-to-fill roles
• Experience with pitching equity or stock options
• Ability to operate in a scrappy way and manage multiple ongoing projects
