Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality technical talent from a variety of tools with an emphasis on both quality and quantity
• Build repeatable and strong candidate pipelines, primarily focused on engineering, for several positions concurrently
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical hiring in the Bangkok and India offices within the APAC region
• Define hiring strategies for individual roles and the broader region
• Partner closely with technical leadership to provide regular updates and strategic guidance
• Organize hiring and networking events to attract top talent
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and high-level customer service to internal stakeholders
• Successfully close and onboard new talent to EarnIn

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive engineering candidates in both Thailand and India
• Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Proficiency with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and third-party tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting systems and metrics
• Deep knowledge of the talent market in India
• Strong project management, negotiation, and closing skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for US-based companies within the Indian market
• A passion for financial fairness and mobile technology
