Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles, from pipeline to close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain high hiring bars
• Source, engage, and close candidates directly, driving the process from outreach to signed offer
• Get deep into the product stack to assess candidate fit with nuance
• Work with the founding recruiter and engineering leaders to sharpen interview loops and evaluation frameworks
• Ensure every candidate touchpoint is fast, thoughtful, and respectful

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring engineers, ideally at startups or high-growth companies
• Ability to evaluate engineers across disciplines including backend, infra, and AI/ML
• Strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates
• Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Clear and sharp communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for AI/ML or infrastructure roles
• Experience as an early recruiting hire at a scaling company
• Experience designing technical interview processes or evaluation frameworks from the ground up
