Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the EMEA region for highly technical and business-critical roles
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role scope and long-term talent strategy
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines through advanced sourcing strategies
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
• Guide hiring managers on structured interviewing, market intelligence, and objective evaluation
• Own recruiting performance metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and consistency

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, international tech environments
• Proven success hiring complex technical profiles such as engineering, infrastructure, and security
• Experience managing cross-border hiring complexities within the EMEA region
• Experience hiring within regulated industries such as fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on velocity and pipeline health
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS and recruitment automation tools
• Experience with employer branding and talent marketing
• General HR experience to support broader people initiatives
