Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Product, Engineering, and other technical roles
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outbound recruiting, and market mapping
• Drive hiring process excellence by maintaining recruiter discipline and using data to identify bottlenecks
• Partner with hiring leaders on headcount planning, organizational design, and talent market dynamics
• Raise the bar on candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand
• Leverage recruiting technology and AI tools like Ashby to automate workflows and generate insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical functions
• Proven track record of building and converting high-quality talent pipelines
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and calibrate profiles
• Strong operational and analytical skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and candidate-facing instincts
