Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategy
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes to assess technical excellence
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health and hiring velocity
• Mentor and enable other recruiters to raise the bar for technical recruiting
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or specialized technical talent
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder influence skills using data
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
