Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategy
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase productivity
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence and alignment with company values
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
• Mentor and enable other recruiters to raise the bar for technical recruiting across the team
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build a compelling external talent brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
