Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle talent acquisition, from initial research and profile enrichment to candidate qualification and application completion.
• Partner with hiring leaders to consult on hiring strategies, shape sourcing plans, and gather competitor intelligence.
• Actively engage passive talent through direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines and communicate company value.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by building pipelines for veterans, women, people with disabilities, and people of color.
• Engage with the future workforce through relationships with universities, TAP offices, and veteran services, including participation in career fairs.
• Manage multiple priorities and reporting using collaboration platforms like MS Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• 3-5 years of technical recruiting or talent sourcing experience, specifically within the aerospace, federal, intelligence, or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience using sourcing tools such as Seekout and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., Avature, Taleo, iCims, Greenhouse, or Brassring).
• Demonstrated track record of managing recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and diversity sourcing.
