Responsibilities
- Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market
- Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to align sourcing strategies
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Use innovative sourcing techniques such as networking, events, and marketing to attract top talent
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing
- Proven track record of recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware
- Experience with fast-growing and quick-scaling startups
- Proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles including sales and operations
