Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market
  • Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to align sourcing strategies
  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques such as networking, events, and marketing to attract top talent

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing
  • Proven track record of recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware
  • Experience with fast-growing and quick-scaling startups
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles including sales and operations
