Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage key client projects to ensure high quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors
• Manage administrative overhead for configurators and developers, overseeing follow-up and planning
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders while motivating team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
• Technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented architectures, and layered architectures
• Proficiency with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical language
