Responsibilities
- Organize and manage key client projects to ensure high quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery
- Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications
- Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Manage administrative overhead for configurators and developers, overseeing follow-up and planning
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders while motivating team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
- Conceptual and technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented architectures, and complex technical solutions
- Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical language
