Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage key client projects to ensure high quality and timely delivery within budget
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors
• Manage administrative overhead for configurators and developers, overseeing follow-up, planning, and time spent
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders while motivating team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented architectures, and complex technical solutions
• Proficiency with agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical language
