Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle for multiple concurrent semiconductor development and validation projects globally.
• Coordinate and synchronize large, cross-functional, and dispersed teams across different time zones.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical, logistical, and supply chain risks through contingency planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing data-driven updates on KPIs and project status.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams to create cohesive development plans.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality, reliability, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct project or program management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Direct working knowledge of MCUs, Power Management, and Connectivity products.
• Strong understanding of embedded design, including firmware, hardware, and software.
• Proven track record of managing complex semiconductor projects from definition through production ramp.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
