About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive RF and communications engineering development by guiding projects from initiation to closure
- Develop integrated schedules with measurable milestones for all payload units and subsystems
- Proactively identify and solve cross-discipline challenges and implement risk/opportunity strategies
- Serve as a liaison between development engineering and stakeholders in supply chain, software, and operations
- Track and document project progress to ensure objectives, schedule, and budget are met
- Work closely with the Program Management team to implement PM best practices and processes
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar field
- More than 3 years of experience in a project management role
- More than 3 years of experience in an engineering role
- Engineering experience in circuit design, electromagnetics, and signal processing
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and communicate tactical plans clearly
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual (as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira and Smartsheets
