Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Initiating and driving cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
• Aligning conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level
• Facilitating technical and procedural decision-making
• Establishing and scaling repeatable processes
• Collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams

Requirements

• Engineering Manager background looking for horizontal organizational impact
• Technical Project/Program Manager with an Engineering Management background
• Strong operational risk awareness and experience with staged rollouts
• Experience coordinating across engineering and operations stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardware automation domains like zero-touch provisioning or firmware orchestration
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes
• Exposure to data centre operations
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Knowledge of observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
