Senior Technical Project Manager

About the Company

Gimlet is building the next generation of AI infrastructure: large-scale AI datacenters and the orchestration platform that coordinates them. We work with foundation labs, hyperscalers, and AI-native companies to power production workloads at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead end-to-end project management for AI data center infrastructure deployment programs.
• Own integrated deployment plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, and dependency maps.
• Drive readiness tracking across hardware, networking, cabling, site readiness, and logistics.
• Align engineering, supply chain, procurement, operations, and external vendors around execution priorities.
• Manage vendor commitments, delivery timelines, and performance visibility.
• Identify timeline risks, supply chain gaps, and readiness blockers early to coordinate mitigation plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Drive operational issue resolution by clarifying ownership and setting action plans.

Requirements

• Experience in technical project management, program management, or infrastructure operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate across hardware vendors, colocation partners, and engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of power budgeting, rack configuration, and GPU cluster networking.
• Strong understanding of hardware readiness and supply chain timing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguous blockers in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills using project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center deployments, hardware rollouts, or server environments.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows and deployment readiness gates.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
• Experience supporting global infrastructure programs or multi-site deployments.
