Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-regional programs for the Merchant Solutions - Digital Solutions team, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive outcome-oriented communication with global stakeholders, managing tough client conversations regarding risks and trade-offs.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and decision-making across diverse, global teams.
• Hold teams and stakeholders accountable to prevent slippage and ensure follow-through.
• Manage globally distributed resources within both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Act as a decisive leader, making informed decisions and providing constructive challenges to protect project outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive program management experience in large-scale environments.
• 10+ years of experience managing high-stakes, executive-level programs.
• 10+ years of experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft and Atlassian toolsets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the payments or financial services domains.
• Proven ability to handle conflict, escalation, and challenging stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
