Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-5 concurrent projects from kickoff to closure, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather requirements and create high-quality BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international client accounts, conducting weekly status calls and milestone reviews.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 5-8 members, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Anticipate project risks and blockers, proactively escalating issues to leadership.
• Build and refine internal delivery processes, SOPs, and templates to scale the delivery practice.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on project management experience within IT services.
• Proven track record of delivering 10+ mid-to-large scale web or mobile projects.
• Experience managing distributed offshore-onshore teams.
• Direct experience working with international clients (US, Middle East, or Europe preferred).
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification is required.
