Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex IT and security initiatives
• Own full lifecycle delivery from intake through deployment and post-launch stabilization
• Proactively identify delivery risks, system bottlenecks, and security remediation gaps
• Coordinate change management and workforce communications to drive adoption of new systems
• Act as the primary liaison across System Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Service Desk, and Security/GRC teams
• Facilitate priority alignment with department leaders to ensure execution supports C-suite objectives
• Manage vendor and SaaS procurement cycles in partnership with stakeholders
• Implement and refine Agile governance processes using Jira
• Provide executive-ready dashboards and reporting for the CTO and senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or security programs
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture (GCP/Azure), Zero Trust/Identity (Okta), secrets management (Vault), or enterprise systems (Oracle/Acumatica)
• Proven ability to translate technical blockers into business-impact summaries
• Strong risk management instincts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT & Security organizations at infrastructure or AI-focused companies
• Experience formalizing Agile operating models across multi-functional teams
• Success driving AI-enabled process transformation initiatives
• Background supporting global teams or infrastructure buildouts
