Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
• Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking budgets, timelines, and dependencies
• Manage project changes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks
• Communicate project progress through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates
• Partner with architects and developers to translate business requirements into user stories

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in requirements gathering and technical documentation
• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software and web application implementation challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills in customer-facing environments
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master)
• Background in web development or software engineering
• Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing, or Salesforce ecosystems
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
