Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead services engagements as the single point of contact, managing overall engagement budgets and project governance
• Define, scope, and sell the Professional Services portfolio, including the preparation of Statements of Work and Change Orders
• Partner with sales teams to develop strong customer relationships and grow the Professional Services business
• Plan and forecast resourcing profiles, working with the resourcing function to assign skilled personnel to engagements
• Act as a conduit between customers and internal departments such as Support and Engineering
• Coach customer project managers and ensure alignment of all tasks and activities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing project or engagement delivery within an enterprise software or SaaS company
• Experience leading, scoping, and delivering data-related consulting projects
• Strong customer relationship management skills, including managing escalations and participating in executive steering meetings
• Deep knowledge of software implementation and project/program management methodologies
• Strong foundational knowledge within the IT domain
• Project Management related certifications
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting directly with Cloudera software
• Industry experience working with large Financial Services, Retail, or Public Sector customers
• Previous experience in India-based project and customer delivery management
