Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex Operational Technology (OT) projects, from initial development through deployment and transition to operations.
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, technical requirements, testing plans, and training documentation.
• Track project progression, milestones, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project financials, including budget development, forecasting, variance management, and benefit-cost analyses.
• Oversee vendor engagements, contract negotiations, and procurement processes including RFP development.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience leading technical cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in IT/OT project management or operations (e.g., telecommunications, network, or systems engineering).
• Strong background in procurement, RFP development, and contract management.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
• Advanced skills in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within electric or gas utility environments.
• Knowledge of Change Management and PMBOK standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
