Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of technical programs spanning infrastructure, platform reliability, and data architecture
• Facilitate agile delivery across squads using a Spotify-style organizational model to ensure alignment across tribes
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, success metrics, and communication plans
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while communicating implications to leadership
• Promote operational excellence through modern project management tools, automation, and reporting frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or equivalent in a fast-paced software environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with the Spotify model or Agile-at-scale frameworks
• Technical fluency in architecture diagrams, APIs, system flows, and data pipelines
• Proven track record of managing dependencies and stakeholder alignment in high-ambiguity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or business field
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), data platforms, and platform engineering
• Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GDPR
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Notion to drive engineering productivity
