Senior Technical/Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership and execution oversight for complex automation, electrical, and instrumentation projects.
• Lead engineering teams in reviewing and approving technical submittals, designs, and drawings for automation, electrical, and I&C systems.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with international standards including IEC, NEC, ATEX, ISO, and API.
• Oversee on-site execution of electrical installations, MCC/VFD wiring, and system integration with automation platforms.
• Manage critical testing and commissioning activities, including troubleshooting, loop checks, FAT, and SAT.
• Act as the primary technical focal point for customers, consultants, OEMs, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor execution teams, including electrical supervisors, automation engineers, and technicians.
• Manage technical documentation, including as-built drawings, configuration records, and O&M manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical, automation, MCC/VFD systems, and instrumentation execution.
• Proven experience working within high-compliance sectors such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial Automation.
• Deep expertise in PLC/SCADA, RTUs, MCC panels, motor control circuits, and VFD programming/integration.
• Proficiency in MS Project and technical drawing software such as AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards including IEC, NEC, ATEX, ISO, and API.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multi-disciplinary field teams and delivering complex projects under tight timelines.
