Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive programs with high degrees of ambiguity, involving multiple customer and stakeholder groups
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems
• Identify strategic opportunities and determine the viability of new programs
• Collaborate with other TPMs to improve cross-company strategic programs and domain best practices
• Own programs responsible for user safety, including enforcement systems and content moderation tooling

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or Engineering Manager
• Experience working directly with individual contributors (ICs) to design solutions and understand problem spaces
• Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
• Strong understanding of when to implement process and when to avoid it

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity, Regulatory, or Governance organizations
• Proven track record of owning and driving programs in infrastructure, platform, or product domains
