Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver large, cross-functional programs spanning platform modernization, developer tooling, and enterprise systems from concept through launch.
• Engage deeply with technical architecture to drive trade-off decisions, identify dependencies, and evaluate engineering approaches.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, and business functions to ensure teams execute toward shared goals.
• Navigate ambiguity and build operating models that bring clarity to complex, cross-organizational dependencies.
• Mentor and develop fellow team members within the technical program management discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or in a related technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of deploying high-quality, user-facing technologies and resolving complex business tradeoffs.
• Strong knowledge of engineering architecture with the ability to identify technical risks and dependencies.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and managing cross-organizational dependencies.
• Ability to facilitate roadmaps and manage disparate tasks with varying priorities.
• Experience defining and driving cross-organizational or company-wide strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with the AWS ecosystem of services.
• Background in streaming, real-time analytics, or online entertainment.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, or applied machine learning programs.
• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
