Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-impact technical programs involving multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security functions to define scope, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to unblock progress
• Establish clear operating cadences, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
• Drive clarity and accountability across workstreams to ensure alignment with company goals
• Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to developing best practices, templates, and tools for the TPM function
• Influence strategic planning and roadmapping with a program-centric execution lens

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership
• Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of leading complex technical programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as PMP or SAFe
