Senior Technical Program Manager, Solutions Strategy & Programs

Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs to improve global Solutions organization operations, including capacity planning, intake, prioritization, and reporting.
• Drive the evolution of the Solutions strategic backlog by turning leadership priorities into scoped initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Improve operating discipline by defining hygiene standards, status models, and visibility into workloads and blockers.
• Build and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms for Solutions leadership to ensure actionable metrics.
• Partner with regional leads to operationalize engagement criteria, delivery frameworks, and role clarity across cross-functional teams.
• Manage the Feature Builder Program operating layer, including backlog normalization, governance, and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with DevX, Product, and Engineering to improve self-serve support, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive structured voice-of-customer and product feedback loops to inform tooling and product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong program management instincts with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional work.
• Proficiency operating in technical environments, working effectively with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• High organizational skills with the ability to turn competing priorities into a coherent roadmap.
• Clear communication skills for driving alignment across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong judgment regarding governance and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical program management, operations strategy, or PMO roles within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
• Past consulting experience involving operating model design or complex program delivery.
• Experience scaling reporting mechanisms, operating cadences, or workflow systems across global teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-based operational processes and customer delivery lifecycles.
• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or builder-style programs.
