Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver important programs with broad organizational, business, and technical impact
• Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management to deliver outstanding program outcomes
• Bring strong, data-driven, and strategic technical judgment to decisions
• Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver next-generation services and apps
• Educate and mentor the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices
• Identify opportunities to increase engineering productivity through tools and lightweight processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading medium to large complex engineering projects in cloud technologies
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with ambiguity and competing priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other product lifecycle functions
• Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., SQL, Python, Data)
