Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and maintain technical schedules, priorities, and execution plans for multiple software product development programs
• Drive broad and deep cross-functional software programs internally and across partners
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical partners to achieve business and technical goals
• Manage stakeholder expectations, identifying and mitigating dependencies and risks
• Ensure technical designs are evaluated for feasibility, scalability, and quality
• Provide leadership to unblock obstacles and prioritize tasks
• Provide progress updates to the program team and executive management
• Conduct healthy escalations and execute continuous process improvements

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical roles
• Experience with Systems Engineering principles
• Experience with Hardware and/or Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience with Test and Validation
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall development processes using Jira
• Understanding of hardware/software bring-up of distributed systems
• Proven track record in software development project planning and risk management
