Responsibilities

  • Align delivery of new vendor integrations at scale by coordinating with deployment and engineering resources.
  • Serve as the escalation point for integration issues, triaging HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and PACS/RIS/EHR problems.
  • Coordinate security reviews, BAAs, and data-use agreements for new integration partners.
  • Build repeatable playbooks, runbooks, and KPI dashboards to make integrations faster and more predictable.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of roadmap initiatives across the Reporting product line.
  • Manage program schedules, scope, and dependencies while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Own release coordination, including QA, testing sign-off, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Lead the rollout of major features in partnership with writing, implementation, and customer success teams.
  • Drive quarterly planning cycles and maintain cross-functional communication with leadership and clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software or healthcare-IT.
  • Proven track record managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs.
  • Deep technical expertise in HL7 v2 (message structure), FHIR (REST APIs, JSON/XML), and DICOM/PACS/RIS.
  • Hands-on experience with interface engines like Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic toolkits including Postman, SQL, and basic Python/shell scripting.
  • Strong ability to translate technical details for non-technical clinical or IT stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and SOC 2.
  • Experience leading complex integrations with large health systems or radiology groups.
  • Change-management experience with radiologist end users.
  • Exposure to clinical AI regulatory considerations and FDA documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams.
